I’ve worked around buildings for most of my life and have maintained all sorts of structures.  Fixing things and understanding the systems of a home or commercial building is where I got my start. I built my last two homes from the ground up. When I say I built my house, I don’t mean that I hired a general contractor. I mean that I was there for every single aspect and did almost all the work myself and they were not small houses. Homes are my life blood. I love seeing the different styles and designs from the 100-year-old colonials to the modern new construction.

 I’ve been appraising residential homes since 2005 so I’ve seen quite a few changes in the appraisal industry. I started my appraisal career in rural upstate New York and later moved to Northern Florida in 2018. My work has been with homeowners, real estate agents, home buyers, CPAs, and attorneys. I can do all types of appraisal assignments from estate planning, estate settlement, pre-listing, cash buyers, tax appeals, and more. I am always willing to help in any way that I can.

In my personal life, I have a wonderful wife who has been by my side for many years. I also have three grown children who are all married now and starting their own adventures. I have three grandchildren who are as cute as a button. I also enjoy art and history (which is crazy since history was my worst subject in high school).
